Our story
Occasionally you find consultants who see beyond the immediate assignment to help solve complex business challenges in innovative ways. This is what defines our people and their commitment to a relentless pursuit of answers and excellence. It was one of these moments that launched Bloom Consulting Group – an opportunity to take what started as a small marketing project and expand it into a comprehensive solution that helps businesses grow.
After a career in sales and marketing at Microsoft and several start-ups, Susan Ward founded Bloom in 2009 and hired its first two employees in 2015. Bloom has since expanded to support clients with outsourced and project work throughout the United States, Canada, and Latin America with consultants all over the world.
Our people are skilled professionals with a passion for supporting clients, customers, and partners. We are proud to be certified as a Women Owned Small Business (WBENC and WSOB).
