Job Purpose: The Content Creator is pivotal in developing and managing visual and textual content across our digital platforms, ensuring the material is engaging and effective in the customer’s purchasing process.
Geographic Location: LATAM region, with preference for Colombia and Mexico
Supporting the following Geographies: US and LATAM
Language Preference: Spanish and English
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate in designing and managing the editorial calendar alongside the training leader.
- Produce creative and original content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand.
- Create visual and textual materials to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Manage the posting of content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
- Manage the digital content library, ensuring its update and relevance.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent writing and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Advanced knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud), and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Required experience, education and certifications:
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and performance analysis.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative and analytical skills.
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields (preferred).
- Certifications in digital marketing, data analysis, or social media management (desirable).

- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proactivity and autonomy in project management.
