Summary: This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Outsourced Team with our Microsoft client. We are looking for a full-time consultant based in Philippines (preferably Manila), to join our team that provides operational support to the NA DPS Commercial business, helping the Sales and Marketing Teams manage investments with partners.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented, enjoys partner management, and has solid experience and understanding of partner incentive programs, including Market Development Funds (MDF). Because this role often interfaces with internal teams and external partners, you love putting on your customer service hat and utilizing your friendly demeanor to ensure the client, field, and partners are successful while maintaining a high-level of integrity for compliance and audit.

Schedule Preference: Pacific Standard Time work hours
Language Preference: English proficiency, spoken and written
Key responsibilities, may include:
- Manage Market Development Funds Programs and Investment Programs following the Microsoft Finance and Partner Co-Marketing Fund policies.
- Manage partner plans and claim process; review and audit Proof of Execution (POE), manage and track with various teams, and drive to on time approval and payment.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Provide daily/weekly deadline communications to streamline processes and drive to closure.
An ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
- 3-5 years of practical experience in building and managing processes
- Experience managing partner incentive programs and MDF
- Experience managing and validating partner Proof of Execution and Sales Reporting
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with large, national partners and providing proactive support
- Knowledge of PO management
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including working with others to quickly reach sustainable resolutions
- Ability to partner with internal teams, monitor workflow, and assure follow-through
- Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills; agile and calm under pressure, thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and apply independent judgment to accomplish tasks
- A passion for excellent customer service and support, tenacious follow through and drive for closed-loop results
- Strong organization skills – demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, trackers and complex program requirements with excellent problem-solving skills, experience in auditing reports and financial data
- Strong written and verbal ability to communicate the right level of detail to partners and leadership teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft marketing and incentive programs and tools (ex. Partner Center, MPT, IPI, MS Sales, COSMIC)
- Experience with Microsoft apps, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Power BI
