Partner Operations Claims Analyst 

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Outsourced Team with our Microsoft client. We are looking for a full-time consultant based in Latin America (preferably Colombia, Mexico, or Brazil), to join our team that provides operational support to the retail business, helping the Sales and Marketing Teams manage investments with partners.  

The ideal candidate is process-oriented, enjoys partner management, and has solid experience and understanding of partner incentive programs, including Market Development Funds (MDF). Because this role often interfaces with internal teams and external partners, you love putting on your customer service hat and utilizing your friendly demeanor to ensure the client, field, and partners are successful.   

Responsibilities 

  • Support and manage operational processes for Market Development Funds Programs and Investment Programs 
  • Process and track multiple retail programs, offers and marketing claims  
  • Provide white-glove support to key partners and internal Microsoft teams as a SME for program specifics 
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables 
  • Analysis & Audit 
  • Ensure claims and payments are accurate and meet audit and compliance standards 
  • Provide content and data analysis for internal and external business reviews 
  • Daily and weekly communications 

Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of practical experience in building and managing processes 
  • English and Spanish language proficiency. Portuguese a plus. 
  • A passion for excellent customer service and support, tenacious follow through and drive for closed-loop results 
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and apply independent judgment to accomplish tasks 
  • Strong organization skills – demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, trackers and complex program requirements with excellent problem-solving skills, experience in auditing reports and financial data 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate the right level of detail to partners and leadership teams.  
  • Familiarity with Microsoft marketing and incentive programs and tools (ex. Partner Center, MPT, IPI, MS Sales)  
  • Experience with Microsoft programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), PowerBI
