Role Overview: Bloom is seeking an Operations Specialist to support Microsoft’s Gaming Retail business. As an Operations Specialist, you’ll execute the core processes behind Microsoft Gaming’s global incentive and marketing programs. You will work hands‑on with incentive and marketing program operations, processing high‑volume claims, validating program requirements, and ensuring accuracy across reporting, POE, and payments. This is a client‑facing role with a strong emphasis on organization, quality, and partner support. The position is a full-time opportunity, March 2026 through June 2026, with the option to extend for an additional year+.
Geographic Location: LATAM, EMEA, and ASIA regions
Supporting the Following Geographies: Worldwide
Language Requirement: Working proficiency English required
Key responsibilities:
- Program Administration – Operations focused
- Process and track multiple incentive programs/offers and/or marketing claims (ex. ensure reporting and POE are submitted on time and process large sets of data against multiple program requirements)
- Process high volume of claims using Microsoft CRM Dynamics, PowerBI and other Microsoft tools
- Provide white-glove support to key partners and internal Microsoft teams
- Hold partners and internal Microsoft teams accountable for deliverables
- Help partners understand program components and requirements; act as a subject matter expert for program specifics with partners and internal teams
- Analysis & Audit
- Ensure claims and payments are accurate and meet Microsoft audit and compliance standards
- Provide content and data analysis for internal and external business reviews
An ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
- 2–5+ years of operations, incentives, partner programs, or marketing/sales support experience.
- Strong organization skills and comfort with high‑volume transactional workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft toolsets (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM Dynamics, Power BI).
- High attention to detail with a passion for quality and process management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with global teams.
