Digital Program Manager, Microsoft Vendor Role on Outsourced Team

Summary: Join Bloom’s dynamic Outsourced Team with LATAM Retail Services at Microsoft.  We are seeking a new member for our team based in Latin America for remote work.  Position is a full-time opportunity starting July 2025.

Geographic Location: LATAM region, with preference for Mexico, Colombia, Chile or Brazil
Supporting the following Geographies: LATAM
Language Requirement: Working proficiency English required. Spanish and/or Portuguese also required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Back to Basics Activities:
    • Become an expert on essential e-commerce product detail page (PDP) experience opportunities and proper execution, including: main image, secondary images, product videos, rich content product descriptions, cross selling opportunities.
    • Manage content syndication platforms such as 1 World Sync and Syndigo to make sure products have a rich product description.
  • Marketing Asset Management:
    • Work closely with regional agency and regional asset teams on developing and localizing assets which can include: banners, landing pages, brand stores, and more.
  • Digital Advisor:
    • Understand e-commerce landscape.
    • Support LATAM team with digital execution in top accounts to ensure excellence in digital.
    • Land digital innovation projects within partners.
    • Execution of online storechecks to discover and optimize ecommerce opportunities.
  • Reporting:
    • Collaborate with analytics agencies team to ensure accurate reporting for ecommerce reports.

An ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

  • A passion for excellent customer service, tenacious follow-through, and drive for closed-loop results.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education & experience. 
  • 1-3 years work experience in marketing – digital marketing experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate the right level of detail to partners and internal teams
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and apply independent judgment to accomplish tasks
