Summary: Join Bloom’s dynamic Outsourced Team with CSO Americas Sales Operations at Microsoft. We are seeking a
new member for our team based in Latin America for remote work. Position is a full-time opportunity, April 2025 through
June 2025, with the option to extend for an additional year+. This is an established team providing support to the Americas
Retail business, helping the Sales and Marketing Teams manage investment and incentive funds with partners.
Geographic Location: LATAM region, with preference for Colombia, Mexico, Chile or Brazil
Supporting the following Geographies: US, Canada and LATAM
Language Requirement: Working proficiency English required. Spanish and/or Portuguese also required.
Key responsibilities:
- Program Administration – Operations focused
- Process and track multiple Retail programs, offers and/or marketing claims (ex. ensure reporting and POE
are submitted on time and process large sets of data against multiple program requirements) - Process high volume of claims using Microsoft CRM Dynamics, PowerBI and other Microsoft tools
- Provide white-glove support to key partners and internal Microsoft teams
- Hold partners and internal Microsoft teams accountable for deliverables
- Help partners understand program components and requirements; act as a subject matter expert for
program specifics with partners and internal teams
- Process and track multiple Retail programs, offers and/or marketing claims (ex. ensure reporting and POE
- Analysis & Audit
- Ensure claims and payments are accurate and meet Microsoft audit and compliance standards
- Provide content and data analysis for internal and external business reviews
An ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
- A passion for excellent customer service and support, tenacious follow through and drive for closed-loop results
- 3-5 years of practical experience in building and managing processes
- Strong organization skills – demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, trackers and complex program
requirements with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate the right level of detail to partners and
leadership teams - Familiarity with Microsoft marketing and incentive programs and tools (ex. Partner Center, MPT, IPI, MS Sales)
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and apply independent judgment to accomplish tasks
Additional desired skills & experience:
- 3-5+ years work experience (Microsoft experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with experience in auditing reports and financial data
- Experience in any of the following Retail market(s): Xbox, Windows, Office and/or Surface
- Experience with Microsoft product suite, specifically Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience in shared inbox management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Experience with PowerBI
