Job title: Surface Co-op Marketing Advisor (Marketing Focus)

Role Overview: This is an opportunity to join Bloom as a consultant for our Microsoft Surface Outsourced team. The role supports the Surface Co-op Marketing Advisors by focusing on partner-facing marketing inquires. Primary ownership will be marketing workflow management, Surface Reseller Alliance Portal asset support, and inbox routing for marketing inquiries. This person will be partnered with another Bloom consultant to also learn the Surface co-op incentives program and provide back-up for each other.

Geographic Location:  WW support, located in Asia or Latin America. Full time opportunity to support multiple time zones.

Language:  Business English proficiency required

Key responsibilities:

  • Marketing Execution and Partner Support
    • Serve as a partner-facing contact for marketing related questions that come through the shared inbox.
    • Evaluate, triage, and route incoming marketing inquiries to the correct owners or teams.
    • Maintain a high standard of response quality when communicating with partners.
  • Surface Reseller Alliance (SRA) Portal Asset Management
    • Support asset uploads to the SRA Portal.
    • Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely updates of marketing assets.
    • Knowledge expert of the marketing assets on the SRA Portal to support partner inquires.
  • Silicon Co-marketing Management
    • Support claiming and submission for co-marketing funds.
  • Co-op Cross Training and Backup Support
    • Cross-train with Bloom team to gain working knowledge of Co-op structures, workflows, and tools.
    • Serve as the designated backup for core Co-op processes during high volume periods or coverage needs.
    • Support Co-op related partner questions during coverage periods.

An ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

  • 2-3+ years work experience (Microsoft experience preferred)
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and apply independent judgment to accomplish tasks
  • Positive customer service approach with ability to support inquiries with white glove service
  • Resourcefulness and ability to follow-through toward closed-loop results
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft product suite, specifically Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience in shared inbox management, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) a plus

Additional desired skills & experience:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft partner ecosystem 
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
