Our story
Occasionally you find consultants who see beyond the immediate assignment to help solve complex business challenges in innovative ways. This is what defines our people and their commitment to a relentless pursuit of answers and excellence. It was one of these moments that launched Bloom Consulting Group – an opportunity to take what started as a small marketing project and expand it into a comprehensive solution that helps businesses grow.
After a career in sales and marketing at Microsoft and several start-ups, Susan Ward founded Bloom in 2009 and hired its first two employees in 2015. Bloom has since expanded to support clients with outsourced and project work throughout the United States, Canada, and Latin America with consultants all over the world.
Our people are skilled professionals with a passion for supporting clients, customers, and partners. We are proud to be certified as a Women Owned Small Business (WBENC and WSOB). I love providing holistic support. Often in meetings and brainstorming sessions, I'm the one listing out all the different action steps and requirements that others may not be thinking of - I "wear all the hats" to provide perspective. At Bloom I get to work with a fun group of people who are dedicated to the same end goal of delivery of great service. At home, my husband and I run our own family microgreens farm! I also do (am still learning!) jujitsu and enjoy hanging out with my 4 kids and plethora of animals.
